P2P File Sharing

     P2P stands for Peer-to-Peer, and it is a type of file sharing between hardware and software without passing a server. P2P is so popular online file sharing, such as Kazza, BitTorrent and Skype that use P2P to transfer files and data messages.
    P2P allows user to download and sharing files freely in a very fast speed, the more user to download and share to speed of file sharing is faster. However, there are so much “illegal traffic” and very big Internet crowd share files freely, such as illegal music and videos downloading and sharing (Thompson).
    As the illegal issue become more and more obviously of P2P files sharing, there are more government regulations and protections to the copyright holders. DRM stands for digital rights management that is uses for controlling copying with copy protection, copy prevention to prevent copyright infringement (Wikipedia).
